In the app or on the web
- iPhone or Android app: open the Me tab, then tap Delete account.
- Web: sign in at app.huddlr.io, open your profile, and choose Delete account under Account.
- Confirm with your password. Accounts that only use Apple or Google sign-in confirm with a tick instead.
Your account is deleted straight away and you're signed out on every device.
By email
If you can't sign in, email support@huddlr.io from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's you, delete it, and let you know when it's done.
What happens to your data
| Deleted | Your profile (name, email, mobile, photo), your usual times and availability, your preferences, your payment details, your push notification devices and your sign-in sessions. |

| Cancelled | Plans you organise are cancelled, and everyone on them is told. |
| Handed over | Groups you own pass to another member, or are archived if you were the only one. |
| Kept | Shared costs on plans stay, so other people's balances still add up, but you show as "Deleted user". Messages you sent in a plan's chat may stay, shown as "Deleted user". |
Deleting your account can't be undone. If you just want fewer emails, you can turn notifications off instead.
