These terms apply when you use Huddlr. By creating an account or joining a plan, you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy.

Using Huddlr

Your content

You own what you add to Huddlr, like messages, plans and photos. You give us permission to store and show it to the people it's meant for, so we can run Huddlr. Don't post anything unlawful, abusive, or that you don't have the right to share.

Plans, venues and costs

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Huddlr. For example, don't spam people with invites, try to access accounts or data that aren't yours, interfere with the service, or scrape it. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Free service

Huddlr is currently free. We may add paid features in future, and we'll always tell you about the price before you pay for anything.

Changes and availability

We're always improving Huddlr, so features may change. We aim to keep Huddlr running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, Huddlr is provided "as is", and we're not liable for indirect losses, or for losses from plans, venues or payments between users.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
